Step into the château’s oldest section, where three unique chambers—Nobilis Měšek, Nobilis Tas, and Nobilis Hroznata—come together to form the expansive Prince Oldřich Suite. According to legend, it was here in the nearby valley that Prince Oldřich found his future wife, Božena, a common washerwoman who was washing clothes by the stream beneath what is now the château. Their love story, said to have given Peruc its name, imbues the entire suite with a delicate, romantic atmosphere.

This grand three-bedroom suite comprises the Lord Hroznata Suite, the Sir Tas Room, and the Lord Měšek Room—three historic chambers that together form a unique space with an authentic medieval character. Gothic masonry, Renaissance and barrel vaults, and original architectural details create a setting that reflects the former glory of the powerful Hroznata family, founders of the original Peruc Castle. Each room is furnished with a Hästens Herlewing bed and illuminated by the warm sparkle of hand-forged lanterns and Preciosa crystal accents. The Devon & Devon bathrooms throughout the suite offer a striking contrast between historic ambiance and contemporary luxury—from the black designer bathtub in the Sir Tas Room to the elegant white tub with black marble in the Lord Měšek Room.

The atmosphere of the chambers is enriched by historic frescoes, renaissance paintings, period furniture, and original details that transport guests back to the times of knights, noble families, and ancient legends.
